STEPS TO BUILD CUSTOMER'S CONFIDENCE

Buyers through the Internet need to ensure and confirm that the provided products and services are true and satisfying. So, the challenge in the Internet business would be on how to gain customers' confidence to become one of the potential buyers.

 

Your website's design must be professional. Don't place any product images as upside-down, and setting non-standardized alignment. Sometimes the contents are aligned on left, sometimes on the right, maybe on the top, bottom or center. It would be terrible to view. Don't put too many animations, sometimes putting animated images here and there, mouse follower animations and others. A business website is not a circus, it must be professional.

It would be exceptional of you are providing clown services business. Having a well-organized, properly-managed, accurately-developed and nicely-designed website, the visitors would be more confident with the services that are provided inside the website.

For the next step, preferably if you could sell the products that are well-known by others. Any new products would be having small probabilities for people to try. It is not that you CAN'T try, but the market demand is unpredictable. People would not become confident because they don't know much about the new products. So, the better solution would be by choosing products that are well-recognized and known by public, and most essentially the products that are looked for by everyone.

Your explanation and sentences must be good to attract customers' attention. Provide supportive explanation about the products so that people would have the intensity to buy. You must know how to compose your sentences properly and nicely so that you could build the customers' confidence, intention and excitement towards your products because they think that your products are great stuffs to get.

Address and complete contact information are also important characteristics. A business is not to hide, but to expose so that people will know. If you hesitate to provide your contact number, that would be non adaptive. If we hide our business, how would it be growing? It would be a different thing if you are writing a personal life journal such as a blog.

If you don't have any address or hesitate to provide any address, how would the visitors become confident about you and your business? If you are afraid to provide your address, especially for anyone having part-time business, you can rent a post-box at the post office.

It would be better if you can provide your own photo. Why you need to hesitate about it, unless if you are having problems or doing mistakes with anyone. Just provide your photo so that people will know and recognize you. Can't you see the handsome me in the photo below? Have you read about me as written below? It would great to place your photo because indirectly you would be famous. Using photo, you can introduce yourself to others, people will know you.

When people knowing that we are courageously placing our photo, so that means we are not lying. Try lying, you'll be dead! Actually by providing complete information, others can find for you at anytime because they have known the address and how you look like. We are doing business and we are not just playing hide and seek.

Showing cheerful photos can also help you to build the confidence of the customers in becoming buyers of your products. You can show photos of your friends happily using your products, any photos or materials that can liven & cheer up your website. But just bear in mind that don't put too many animations because that would not make your website becomes cheerful, it becomes messy instead.

STORIES: Do you still recall that I start writing this article based on stories? These stories make people become more convinced with our products and whatever we have said. We are doing business, surely we won't cheat people. So, any stories you are making, please make sure that they come from true sources.

TESTIMONIALS: This one is up to you on how to present it. It would be better if you could write convincing testimonials in order for the customers to become the potential buyers.

Provide warranty to the visitors. If they buy your products, and at certain time they are unsatisfied with any of the products, having defects or damage, spoilt or broken within a certain period of time, they can return the products back and replace with other products or their money can be given back. Insya Allah, if we are dealing business in the right ways, we are not going to give useless stuffs.

One more thing is that you must state the guarantee time for any shipped items to be received within a certain period of time. If you are developing websites, or as an example, I am doing the E-Advertising , I would give the duration of the time for any products to be completed, but that would depends on the types of the request and the orders themselves. Those would also be considered; else, I'm dead running out of time.

You must show that you are a specialist, but you cannot lie about it. If you are selling dried tidbits foods, show that you are handling and operating the tidbits machine. As an example, I am always organizing workshops for website development, thus I have placed the photos showing that I am handling those workshops. So, people would not hesitate about the specialty we have.
